PLA
Pros: Looks Fantastic, Eco-Friendly Option, Safe for Many Uses, and Affordable. Cons: Sensitive to Heat, Can Be Fragile, and Not for Outdoors Long-Term. Details: PLA is our most popular filament for good reason. It's an affordable, user-friendly material ideal for everything from visual parts and toys to quick prototypes. You can print large objects with ease due to its low thermal expansion (meaning less warping), and its precise melting temperature ensures incredible small-detail accuracy.
PC (POLY CARBONATE)
Pros: Extremely Strong & Impact-Resistant, Excellent Heat Resistance, Rigid & Stiff, and Often Transparent / Translucent. Cons: Much Higher Cost, Can Be Prone to Warping, and Requires Specialized Equipment (for manufacturing). Details: Polycarbonate (PC) is a high-performance technical material renowned for its outstanding mechanical strength and superior heat resistance. While polycarbonates are generally considered challenging to print, making them typically suited for advanced users, we offer a solution!
METAL
Pros: Authentic Metal Look & Feel, Polishing Potential, Aesthetic Appeal, and Unique Weight. Cons: Not "True Metal", Higher Cost, Limited Strength, Details: These unique materials are engineered by suspending fine metal powders (like copper, bronze, stainless steel, or even dense tungsten) within a plastic binder (often PLA or ABS). They are designed to give your 3D prints the authentic look, feel, and weight of real metal, perfect for when aesthetics and a premium feel are paramount.
PETG
Pros: Tough & Flexible, Good Heat Resistance, Weather-Resistant, and Good Layer Adhesion. Cons: Slightly "Sticky" Feel, More Challenging to Finish, and Can Have Fine Strings Details: PETG offers an excellent balance of strength and ease of use, making it a fantastic all-around choice for 3D printing. It's also budget-friendly, which is great news for beginners looking for a robust material without a steep learning curve. Thanks to its durability and resilience, PETG is perfectly suited for printing mechanically stressed parts, sturdy holders, or reliable clamps – anything that needs to withstand a bit of force.
PA (NYLON)
Pros: Incredibly Strong & Wear-Resistant, Flexible Yet Strong, High Heat Resistance, and Naturally "Slippery". Cons: Absorbs Moisture (Can Affect Performance), Higher Cost, and Slightly Textured Surface. Details: Nylon (Polyamide) is an incredibly versatile and powerful technical filament, prized for its exceptional thermal and mechanical resistance. It's the ideal choice for printing functional technical parts that need to withstand high temperatures, significant wear, and mechanical stress. Think gears, hinges, and durable components. However, it's quite challenging to print, making it a material we recommend mainly for experienced users who are comfortable with precise printer settings and managing its unique properties (like moisture absorption).
SPECIAL

ASA / ABS
Pros: Very Strong & Durable, Withstands Higher Heat, Good for Mechanical Parts, and Can Be Smoothed. Cons: Can Be Tricky to Get Perfect, More Expensive, and Not for Outdoor Use. Details: When your project demands exceptional toughness and the ability to withstand heat, look no further than ASA and ABS. These technical filaments are engineered for printing mechanically stressed parts due to their remarkable high tenacity (resistance to breaking) and impressive temperature resistance. A key advantage is that the surface of both ABS and ASA can be smoothly finished with acetone, giving your prints a professional, polished look
TPU (FLEXIBLE)
Pros: Highly Flexible & Stretchy, Excellent Shock Absorption, High Durability & Abrasion Resistance, and Good Grip. Cons: Less Detail, Softer Surface, and More Expensive. Details: TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) filaments are truly unique, offering exceptional flexibility, impressive toughness, and strong chemical resistance. These qualities make TPU perfect for creating parts that need to bend, absorb impact, or withstand harsh environments—think gaskets, phone cases, or wearable components. While incredibly versatile, TPU materials are generally less common and can be more expensive. They also present a higher printing difficulty, making them best suited for advanced users who are comfortable fine-tuning their printer settings to achieve the best results.
SOLUBLE
Pros: Enables Complex Designs, Perfect Surface Finish, and Saves Post-Processing Time. Cons: Not a Final Product, Adds to Cost, Details: BVOH and PVA are innovative, water-soluble support materials designed to simplify the 3D printing of complex models. Here's how they work: you print your main object using a standard filament (like PLA), while BVOH or PVA is used specifically for the necessary support structures. Once your print is complete, these special supports simply dissolve away in water, leaving behind a clean, smooth final product without the need for difficult or damaging manual removal. They're perfect for intricate designs with overhangs or internal cavities that would be impossible to achieve otherwise.
